Our story began with a simple idea: to harness the values inherent in golf—discipline, accountability, respect, resilience, patience, integrity—and use them as a foundation to empower young people. Golf is secondary to our greater mission of personal development and community building.
Our programs are designed to meet young people where they are, providing them with mentorship, support, and the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. We create a safe, supportive and fun environment where all participants can thrive by respecting and integrating unique cultural perspectives and values.
Our success is measured by the young people who leave our programs with a stronger sense of self, a clearer vision of their future, and the confidence to pursue their dreams.

Prior to joining the Legislative Assembly, Eric Bouchard worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years, including owning and operating his restaurants, Sonoma on 9th and Sonoma Market Café, in downtown Calgary since 2004.
Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Eric attended Champlain College where he played college basketball. He and his wife Roxane have raised their four children in south Calgary. Eric is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Since serving in the Legislature, Eric sits on numerous committees including the Building Communities, Private Members, and Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund committees and sits on the Calgary Stampede Board of Directors as well as the non-profit organization, Golf Without Borders. He is also a passionate advocate for small businesses. On May 29, 2023, Eric was elected to represent the people of Calgary-Lougheed in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.
Paul is widely recognized as one of golf’s top teachers and coaches. Paul is the owner of Paul Horton Golf and is a Co-Lead Coach at Golf Channel Academy at Cottonwood Golf & Country Club. Through Paul’s lengthy 40-plus-year career he has received many accolades, including the PGA of Canada’s highest award for “National Teacher of the Year” and more recently, “National Coach of the Year” for Canada.
Paul has also received 2 PGA of Alberta “Teacher of the Year” awards and a 14-time finalist for the same award. In 2016, The PGA of Alberta introduced a new category for “Coach of the Year” and Paul has been a two-time recipient of this award. One of Paul’s focal groups is coaching competitive juniors ages 12-18 years.
Many of these juniors have received college scholarships throughout the US and Canada and almost half of these players have turned professional. Paul is also Canada’s highest ranking AimPoint Certified Instructor as well as TPI Coach 2, BIO Swing Dynamics and Blast Motion certified.
Occupational Health Specialist and Small Business Owner with a passion for golf and soccer. Enjoys mentoring youth. Served as head steward/board of director for several non for profits (church, professional org and community org).
